Tim Lander (Chairman)

Tim Lander was until March 2009 Managing Director, Head of European Credit at Och-Ziff Management Europe. Over 2 years he established Och-Ziff as one of the pre-eminent credit investors in Europe, by strengthening relationships with key traders and bankers, whilst building and enhancing Och-Ziff’s credit team. Prior to Och-Ziff Tim was with Merrill Lynch International as Managing Director, Head of Europe Principle Credit Group. Tim joined Merrill Lynch at the inception of the Principal Credit Group, a global team responsible for the proprietary credit investment business of Merrill Lynch. There, Tim was head of the European team, responsible for a team and a substantial investment portfolio. Prior to Merrill Lynch Tim was with Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was Manager, Special Investments Group. Tim is a Chartered Accountant.

Elliot Caldwell

Elliot Caldwell is the Chief Executive of Cal Investments Ltd. Elliot was previously Chief Executive of Colliers Capital UK Ltd, the FSA regulated Fund Management arm of Colliers CRE. Colliers manages in excess of £460m of property for a variety of institutions as well as acting as Fund Manager on two collective investment vehicles. Elliot was previously the Senior Director and Head of Retails Investor Products at ING Real Estate Investment Management UK Ltd., one of four business lines within ING Real Estate which grew from zero to in excess of £1bn under management while under his control. Elliot was responsible for the launch and management of the £450m Skandia Property Fund, an open ended APUT and the founding Fund Manager of the £500m ING UK Real Estate Income Trust, a Guernsey based Trust listed on the London Stock Exchange. Elliot is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Keiran Foad

Keiran Foad has over 20 years of banking experience across Retail, Commercial and Investment Banking in numerous countries around the globe, including UK, Europe, North America and emerging markets. Keiran is currently Head of Risk at Northern Rock Bank. Prior to this Keiran had held senior risk positions in a number of roles in the Barclays group including Chief Credit Officer of the Group’s International Retail and Commercial Banking operations, and Chief Credit Officer in ABSA South Africa where he successfully led the integration of the risk function into the Barclays Group and delivered Basle 2 Advanced status. Keiran has served on a number of credit committees within the Barclays group, including Barclay’s most senior group credit committee. Keiran works as a member of the Advisory Committee of CAL Investments Limited under a special dispensation from Northern Rock Bank.
